• You agree to pay all applicable fees as stated at the time of registration. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Enrollment is subject to availability and may be confirmed via email after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to modify programme schedules, content, faculty, or session timings. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance.
• We reserve the right to cancel a programme due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the programme fee will be provided.
• Refunds for participant-initiated cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, videos, and software, is the property of Lal Bahadur Shastri SMILE Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
